At Al Art Gallery, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are committed to making things right.
Reporting a Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Inspect Your Package: Check your order immediately upon delivery.
- Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label.
- Contact Us: Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing kyle@alartgallery.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- The attached photos of the damaged item and packaging
Resolution Options
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: A new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can provide store credit for the value of the damaged item.
Important Notes
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must not have been used or altered in any way.
- We may request that the damaged item be returned before processing a refund or replacement.
